Pornhub Shuts Itself Down in France!
The victories against the porn industry have been coming at a rapid pace. Not only have multiple states implemented age verification laws to view pornography, but now countries in Europe are following suit, with the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia ordering a block of Pornhub and YouPorn. France’s legal requirements for age verification begin on June 7th.

Pornhub’s executives have been seething at these laws, attempting to maintain public composure with their language, while obviously showing extreme fear at losing their system of exploitation and trafficking. Solomon Friedman, a Pornhub partner and international trafficker, said the following:
“It’s a matter of putting our values first, and that means communicating directly with the French people to tell them what their government is refusing to tell them”
These global traffickers try to frame age verification as an assault on privacy, when in reality they are afraid that they will no longer be able to profit from the rape and trafficking of minors. They also know that minors represent a significant portion of their viewers, and they fear losing this mass audience.
Instead of complying with the law, Pornhub blocked themselves in France. They have repeatedly blocked themselves from states and countries with age verification, hoping they can force their users to advocate for unrestricted porn access on their behalf. Remember that the legislation that is being implemented around the world isn’t even a ban on porn, it is just age verification. Just the idea of age verification makes Pornhub’s owners rage so much that they would choose to block themselves over complying.
